Waiting on Wednesday (5)

"Waiting On" Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted by Jill at Breaking The Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating.
On an irrelevant note, I'm sorry for the lack of reviews this week and last week.  I haven't been able to get much reading done and pretty much have nothing to review... hopefully I'll be back on track soon!

Stolen Nights (Vampire Queen #2) by Rebecca Maizel
Publication: June 21st 2012 by St. Martin's Griffin
Genre: Young Adult, Paranormal
(Not available for pre-order yet)
WARNING: SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS!!! AVERT YOUR EYES IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THE 1ST BOOK!!!!!

Lenah Beaudonte should be dead. But having sacrificed herself to save another, she finds herself awakening with strange powers that are neither vampire nor human - and a new enemy on her trail. In her vampire life, Lenah had thought that being human was all she ever wanted; but the human heart suffers pain, heartbreak and loss. With her new powers growing and the dark force of the Nex after her soul, Lenah faces a choice: between the mortal love of gorgeous Justin, whose passion fed her human soul, and taking a different path to become the mistress of her own destiny, wherever that may lead...
I really enjoyed Infinite Days and have pretty much been waiting two years for the sequel!  There have been no reviews yet but I have think that it will be as good as the first :)

What are you waiting on? Are you excited for this book as well?

  1. Aaah, I couldn't read the blurb because apparently it would spoil me! I want to read the first one, now, though. If authors take their time to write books they often turn out to be amazing, so I hope the 2 years wait is going to have been worth it. (Is that even a proper sentence? In German it would have been..)
